2008-

Photo España 2008 - "Descubrimientos PHE08"

2007-

Cover and main theme of National Geographic Magazine September edition: 50 years of the Capelinhos Vulcano's eruptions.

Using a fund from Fundação Oriente produces “Special Economy Zone”, a documentary about China's economic growth, P.R. of China.

Invited artist at “LABORATORIO CRIATIVO”, annual event. Gare do Oriente, Lisbon, Portugal.

Selected to submit portfolio to “Joop Swart Master Class 2007”, by Word Press Photo Federation.

“Notodo Fotofestival” finalist, Madrid, Spain.

2006-

Receives a Grant from Orient Foundation to continue individual projects in the Asiatic countries.

Works as Stage Photographer for Theatro de Circo, a major Portuguese Theater.

Joins 4SEE photographers agency

Teaches the second and third edition of "photography and digital tools" at Velha-a-Branca cultural association.

Associated responsible for exhibitions at the cultural space "Velha a Branca"

Creates "A new China " project, a documentary about China today. portfolio printed and distributed in “ORIENTE” Magazine, by Orient Foundation.

2003-

Wins the Portuguese edition of "FNAC revelation photographer" with "A descoberta de um turista", a variation on "Europeans" project.

Receives an honor mention in the Portuguese biennale of photography in Vila Franca de Xira, with the "Angels" project.

Releases his first photography book "Sombras da Fé" ( ProjectoBragaTempo editions ), a documentary about religious themes in north Portugal .

2002-

first freelancer experience, creating "Europeans" project, a photographic documentary about the essence of being "European". Pictures taken in several European countries. Published in several Portuguese magazines.

2000-

becomes autodidact photographer.
